Wow. I waited so long for this one, I was so looking forward to it, that maybe I built it up a little too much in my head? I love this trio - as always, Laura creates characters that are real people. I could meet them in real life and not be surprised at all. But I feel like there's no conflict in this story. And I sorta feel bad that I miss it, because yeesh, wouldn't it be nice if life actually went fairly smoothly for once? But really, nothing challenges this relationship; even knowing going in that it's a HEA, at no point is there ever an inkling that something might make it fall apart. So the characters are great, the sex is smoking hot, but there's no... drama. Which is ironic, because usually I'm complaining about the over-the-top, painfully manufactured drama, but there it is. I'm fickle. ( )

We are back with another Blasphemy book, by the amazing Laura Kaye. And with Theirs To Take, we are entering the world if menage a tois! Which honestly just means double the hot and spicy BDSM love!

After a hurricane hit Baltimore, charter boat captain Hartley Farren is in desperate need of having her boat fixed! And in strolls Jonathan Allen, and along with his business partner Cruz Ramos, they are the answer to her problems....but could she be the answer to their dreams?

As I said this book is hot, spicy, and if you are not into MMF, this is not the book for you, as the author has gone beyond most menage book, and I for one enjoyed it.

The book is everything we have come to expect of Laura Kaye! Well researched, detailed, well written, and thoroughly enjoyable!

And while I honestly could waffle on about why I liked this book, I'm, instead just going to give it 4 stars!

So, normally this book would NOT be my thing. But, I love Laura Kaye and I decided to give it a shot. I have to say, it was a good book. ( )

OMG, this book--it's capable of steaming up your reading glasses...that's not even a tiny bit of an exaggeration. Seriously.

Theirs to Take is the latest offering in Kaye's erotic romance series, Blasphemy, featuring 12 Masters who all co-own a BDSM club named, of course, Blasphemy. This book has two of them, Cruz and Johnathan, best friends and coworkers and...something more? Maybe? Probably?

I really liked the three main characters--Cruz, Jay, and Hartley--and felt they all worked well together. Things moved a bit on the fast side here, though, at least where Hartley is concerned (the other two have known each other for ages, so they get a pass on the falling in love in a novella issue) and I would have liked to have seen more relationship development along with all of the whoa-did-that-just-happen? scenes...in other words, this would have been great as a full-length read. Still, this one fits right in with the series sexy, steamy, and romantic all at once--it's nice to see two more Masters find their HEAs, and many of the other series characters make appearances here as well, which was fun.

Theirs to Take would probably work okay as a standalone, but honestly if you read and like an excerpt of it, you'll more than likely enjoy the whole series...so do yourself a favor and grab this one but start at book one ( Hard to Serve ) to get the full experience.
