Frankenstein. Mary Shelley. Ignatius Critical Editions. Edited by Joseph Pearce. 2008. This another book club selection. I had been wanting to read one of the Ignatius Critical Editions, and this satisfied my curiosity. I was not impressed with Pearce’s introduction and certainly not his notes. He did include essays by other authors that were good. This was a good but not a great novel. The plot is familiar so I won’t go into it.

That this edition didn't show up in library thing should tell us something. ( )
