Cami Kangaroo loves stuff! Rocks, shells, feathers, toys...she loves them all. She collects them, sorts them and builds with them. There's only one problem: her room is so messy that it's nearly impossible for her to find things! Will she ever be able to figure out how to be more organize No s'han trobat descripcions de biblioteca. |

Then comes the actual story - it's a lot wordier than a lot of children's books I've read, but that's a good thing! It is still simple, but has more sentences to read. I could see this being for readers 3-6 years old, with a parent for the younger end of the age group. The sentences are very descriptive and could be used as an excellent reading tool.
The message of the story was very wise - doing one thing at a time can make a big job much easier. The funny ending about the Father being similar made it quite silly (and adorable!). I think adults who read this story will really like that ending, because it's true that often kids get some of those habits from their parents.
At the end, there's also tips from other parents about how they help keep their children's rooms organized. I thought that was rather smart!
Overall, this was a cute and fun book with a good lesson! It's worthwhile to read to your children, students and reading buddies!
Four out of five stars.
