Not thrilled with this one. Perhaps a nice gift for a mother with her own grandchildren, not so much for a child whose life may unfold in many different ways (not necessarily as this book prescribes). ( )

Someday conveys what a mother wants for her child in such a simple and loving way. It shows that every mother's dream is to see her child live his or her life to the fullest. Peter H. Reynolds illustrates the story using simple drawings and colors which does not overpower the message of the story. ( )

a book about a mom talking to her new baby about all the things that will happen some day. (some day she will ride a bike and go to school)

39 months - I am not a fan of this type book. This is a book aimed at sentimental parents not at children. Parents will get all weepy and rate this highly while their small children will wonder what all the fuss is about (until they are parents themselves). That said I always love Peter Reynolds illustrations. ( )

A cute book where a mother is speaking to her daughter & going through the different stages of life from baby, to being a mom, and growing old & gray. Easy read & fun/simple illustrations. ( )
