This is a really great book for a read-aloud that explains how to write a story. This book talks about brainstorming, focus, writing, resting, and revising. Reading this to students can be a great way to help them improve the writing process and see how positive writing can be. Great for 1st-3rd grade. (

This book would be good for primary and lower intermediate age students. (k-3) This book is about a girl who goes on a journey to write a story. It goes through all the important steps that it takes to write a story. This book would be really good to use in the classroom as an example of the creative writing process. (
