How many times does I don't remember the girl's name who wasn't killed how many times did she I had to say my twin only one time would be enough instead of saying it thru out the entire book. And why at the end of all most every chapter had to be music at the end of them that to me was kinda annoying. I thought the first book of this series was good and I hope that the second and third books from this series will be good as the first one. But I thought the grandmother to me was little annoying and she didn't teach the girls how to defend themselves from any dangers. It is filled with loss, romance, vengeance, and mystery. It is a slow start, and I almost did not finish it. I am glad I did because now I have the next two books on my hold shelf. (  ) RandyMorgan | Nov 30, 2022 | Wow I absolutely loved this book. It definitely met my expectations, but I was also surprised by a few things. I enjoyed reading from Emilia’s character. She’s fierce and determined and extremely wicked; she gets along with Wrath quite well. Speaking of our dangerous demon, I also enjoyed Wrath’s character as well. I really liked how wicked and taunting he could be while also being as determined and fierce as his witch counterpart. I hope to maybe read from his character in the next installment because I would absolutely love to know what goes on in that stubborn head of his. Anyway, absolutely loved the is book and I can’t wait till Kingdom of the Cursed comes out in October! ( ) EvelynNygren | Nov 17, 2022 | The audiobook was sooooo goooood! The book it's not amazing, I think it take a lot of turns that didn't make sense and Emilia wasn't a good narrator, but definitely it was good enough to make me want to know how it'll end. I wish I didn't read it so early, but now I'll have to wait for the 3rd book ( ) Tratiezone | Nov 8, 2022 | 2.5 stars rounded up to 3 - this is one of those fantasy books that are really a romance book pretending to be a fantasy book. I don't mind those every once in awhile but it seems like the market is flooded with them or I'm just reading a bunch in a short time. The world could be interesting and, being Italian, I thought that angle would speak to me but it was all stereotypical.
