Fiona Grace's latest novel brings back some of the novelty of her first book, along with many of the characters we have come to love over the course of the series. While it refers to the previous books, it can also be read as a standalone. I did get a little annoyed with Lacey's jealously toward her boyfriend's young, new employee, but this may be reasonable as long as she works it out and doesn't let it continue into the next story. There was also an interesting side story of a smart female being overlooked and demeaned by her less-that-smart male superior; I sincerely hope this is remedied as the series continues. Suzy was delightful, and even the twists in her story and personality make sense as they occur. Fiona Grace is an engaging writer who makes her readers care about the characters and the way the story will turn out. I look forward to reading her next book.
