Rather then being mean and hurtful with our words which would be bucket dipping. It helps kids know the difference in how we make others feel with our actions and words by giving and receiving kindness. ( ![]() This story is about how easy it is to spread an act of kindness to one another. It uses a bucket and an analogy by saying everyone walks around with an invisible bucket and how easy it is to make or break someone's day. When unkind words happen, that person becomes a bucket dipper, but when kind words/acts occur, it causes that person's bucket to fill, including the one sharing the random act of kindness. It's always best to be a bucket filler than a bucket dipper. It's an interesting idea. I'm not sure how well my g'kids understood it, though. It's all in the bucket, that invisible bucket that follows you everywhere. . . teaches young readers valuable lessons about giving, sharing, and caring. This guide to daily happiness, though, is not just for kids. This is a great book about each person having a bucket of their own and when we are kind to one another we fill each other's buckets. It a great book that encourages kindness to one another. Sense ressenyes | afegeix-hi una ressenya

This heartwarming book encourages positive behavior by using the concept of an invisible bucket to show children how easy and rewarding it is to express kindness, appreciation and love by "filling buckets." Updated and revised, this 10th anniversary edition will help readers better understand that "bucket dipping" is a negative behavior, not a permanent label. It also explains that it's possible to fill or dip into our own buckets. No s'han trobat descripcions de biblioteca. |
