Is Peter a good guy or a bad guy? I was guessing throughout the entire book. The way the police (or was it the FBI? I don’t know) allowed a convict to interact so freely outside the jail seemed so unbelievable. The ending left me hanging. What happened? I am sad to say this book left me disappointed.
