The battle of the monsters, and the fulfillment of Tsunade's bet with Naruto.

It was cute and wild, but honestly, I liked the anime version of this sequence much better. That much big fighting, big battle deserves a good fleshing out that we just couldn't see in such a short manga. It's kinda like the battle with Shukaku. The scale is pretty damn impressive, as are the stakes.

And yet, through it all, I gotta give props to Naruto for fulfilling his nindo. ( )

The Sannin fight was quite underwhelming, to be honest. Saw some cool new jutsu and a new summon animal, but overall, half of the people taking part in the battle were handicapped in some way, and therefore not fighting at their best. It makes sense, plot-wise, I suppose. I'm looking forward to seeing what their next fight entails. ( )
