Hmmm... The same story, plot and characters practically to the scene from Afterlife 2 (or 3) when Lucius kidnapps Kiera to Germany. Substitute Amelia (who calls herself Fae when talking to herself) for Kiera and add a lot of sex. A lot of other plot points from other books as well. Not all of below happened in this book, but did happen in previous books.

Kidnapping Kiera Amelia away from Dominic Lucius so that a group of people can make some big bad event happen.

Finally we end this book on a plane ride to Afterlife where Dominic Lucius feels KieraAmelia should be safe.

I have been waiting for the scene where Dominic finds out that Lucius has been totally defiling his daughter.

I might wait until the series is over and goes to Kindle Unlimited (hopefully) to finish it. I was way too tired of the same plot elements being repeted ad nauseum and (I'd never thought this) too much sex. Reminded me of other series that basically took 2 months of time and spread it over 5 books of nothing getting done.

The plot moves about 20 pages worth forward.

a Vampire illness takes out all the "older" ones by turning them into revenents (possibly because Amelia opened the box that was supposed to kill all the vampires, but since it seemed to want her to open it and since it only had some drawing in it that made no sense it was ok).
Lucian decides that Amelia is only safe at her home in Afterlife, so he gathers up her, Adam and Pip and jump on a jet to cross the sea, but instead find themselves being hijacked by the bad people who have been chasing them throughout the series. But it's ok because Amelia can pilot the plane.

Also, I am getting tired of the segues between chapters. They are little one lines in italics that are kind of a hard stop on the paragraph. Just a peeve. ( )
