The 2nd film in the series is still enjoyable but it has more flaws. The plot often does not make sense and the Moscow chase scene in particular is far too long. But it entertains as a film. ( )
Bourne is framed for an assassination, leading the CIA to resume looking for him.
At its best, it's slightly worse than the original. More often, it's complete crap - even the action scenes. Fast cuts and loud noises, with no sense of suspense or drama. ( )
