I listened to the audiobook and this was ok. I'm thinking maybe I missed some of this book when I was listening because I was confused by all the characters at a few points, more like how they were all interconnected. I felt like I needed a whiteboard of who was the sister, grandmother, daughter, etc. In the end, it all made sense. I chose this book because I like the narrator who does the Finley Donovan series. This book was very slow and the first half of it was only gaslighting the main character because she has a disorder. The relevance could have been depicted better in a shorter bit of time with less repetition and still provided the insight necessary to understand the toxic relationships. ( )
