Apunta't a LibraryThing per saber si aquest llibre et pot agradar. No hi ha cap discussió a Converses sobre aquesta obra. I really enjoy Bunny and his big heart and drive to protect. His unorthodox methods make it terribly easy for him to acquire both enemies, and a slew of very loyal friends. I didn't feel all that strongly about the main mystery, but it wasn't bad. And the writing was otherwise quite clever and humorous. ( ) Another great book from the Bunny McGarry stable. Here Bunny is 'resting' from the Garda but problems and violence seek him out. Someone is trying to frame him for murder whilst he successfully sorts out a wife and child beating thug of a husband. Bunny's old, now deceased, partner who was embroiled in some dodgy dealings also comes back to haunt him. I loved the story, the humour and the character of Bunny and I wait eagerly for the next book. Sense ressenyes | afegeix-hi una ressenya

HTML: How far would you go to protect a dead man? It's the year 2000 in Dublin and, following some traumatic events, Detective Bunny McGarry is taking a well-earned break from the force. However, just because you're not looking for trouble doesn't mean trouble isn't looking for you. Bunny's former partner died in the line of duty under dubious circumstances but his murky background has suddenly resurfaced, threatening Bunny's reputation as well. As if that isn't enough, a young boy is in danger and a woman from the big fella's past is trapped in a loveless marriage to a monster. They both need Bunny's help, but he must get to work fast â?? it seems someone is trying to frame him for murder ... Dead Man's Sins is a continuation of McDonnell's critically acclaimed bestselling Dublin Trilogy and mixes high-octane thrills with a distinctly Irish wit.
