Ann Hood did a good job narrating her book. I found it a little confusing when she went back and forth in time and therefore ended up repeating herself quite a bit. It also felt like it had several endings. What sounded like a conclusion wasn't. She'd add another chapter which also sounded like the end, but then she'd keep on with another tale sometimes backwards in time. It was a good reminder of all that was lost in deregulation. While it did make flying more available to more people, it has made flying feel more like riding in a cattle car or on a bus than the real treat it used to be.
