Revelation by Victor Acquista is the second book in the Saga of Venom & Flame series. Serena has completed her warrior training, but she must work with her friends to defeat the Illuminati. To do that she has to decipher 7 messages that hold the key to their survival. The best elements were the interwoven suspense, adventure and romance. It was so enjoyable to read about this world's combined mythology. Incredible world building and well fleshed out characters. Enjoyed this more than I thought I would (

Without giving any spoilers the book was not bad however it wasn’t something I would typically pick up. I didn’t feel to connected with the plot and did not care terribly for the characters (it took some times at least). It wasn’t immersive like some others I have read but it was an interesting read. I’d recommend the book to a couple people I know! (
