Funny, yet predictable, Christmas story of a family that has been missing Christmas since their beloved mother died that day a few years earlier. Will and Ella are at their wit's end, because their father, Henry, seems lost without their mom. They enroll him on a dating site, to which Ms. Truelove replies. Henry catches them, and tells Ms. Truelove it was a mistake. But, then, gifts begin arriving to the Sullivan house. It becomes a complete disaster, with Ella, Will, and Henry trying to cope.
But, in the end, you will find out why - and who is sending them these gifts. Which to me was quite obvious, but it was still an enjoyable and sweet story. ( )

Really 3.5 stars.
Oh my, this was one of the silliest books I've read in a long time. Light, farfetched and feel good are all good words to describe this book. Definitely, not your typical James Patterson book. So, if you've been reading some heavy, depressing books lately, this is a nice way to breathe a little levity into your frame of mind. It's a quick read. ( )
