This has to be, hands down, my favorite historical romance. The emphasis is more in historical interaction than romantic. Anyone who loves Henry VIII will enjoy this book. ( )

This book had been on my Wish List for so long and was so hard to come by - perhaps I expected too much. I was disappointed. As historical romance, I suppose it is okay, but as historical fiction (as I define historical fiction) it is far too heavy on the fiction, and pretty lame as far as history goes. ( )

An excellent historical romance and a fun read, but don't put stock in the history. It's largely inaccurate. ( )

This paperback historical came so highly recommended that I actually shelled out $20 for it from an ABE bookseller. Not sure it was worth it, but an OK read. ( )
