this was super cute. I however would not call this a book it was way too short. I need more words to my books.

Fast paced. Well written and great characters.
One of the many things I like about this is the mc's are 'normal' in appearance. Not your glamorous looks and perfect bodies. Neither of them are described as perfect etc. It makes them both feel more real and much easier to connect to.
It is refreshing to read about characters who have normal flaws.
Simon maybe a billionaire, but he is a computer geek & reticent about showing himself to Kara.
Kara is a 28 year old woman working her own way through college.

This story is sweet & endearing. I loved it. I loved the characters. I loved the well written adult steamy scenes. Hot and romantic.
It was originally written in 4 parts, but now available in book as an omnibus. (Bundle?)
I am so captivated by these characters and Ms. Scotts writing that I will be avidly pursuing her books to add to my shelf.

Simon is obsessed with Kara who waits tables at his mother's restaurant. He watches her walk home after work every day and follows her so he knows she is safe. One night she is in a skirt and sweater and he is not happy. He sees her stumble and is there to help her. He realizes she is ill and takes her back to his apartment. He finds out that she has lost everything so offers her his apartment. Kara refuses but Simon is adamant. She relents but only if she can do something for him. He says he wants one night with her. Will she do it? Will he let it be only one night?

I liked this story. I liked Simon and Kara. Kara is open. Simon is hiding something. I liked the story but hated that it ends on a cliffhanger. Finding the rest of the books in the series is difficult but I shall find them. I want to know what happens. ( )

I really liked this story, the character building, the plot, and everything that went with it EXCEPT for the END! Lately, every single good book I have read has had a darn cliffhanger and you know what they infuriate me. Now to the great parts of the book. I loved the H/H they were adorable and I love me a broken millionaire. Although you could not see until the end that he was broken, I loved Kara and I just wanted to hug Simon. I will read the rest of the series because I want to know what happened. ( )
