Only 50 recipes, but all of them easy and delicious. The best thing about it, though, is how she explains why certain spices are used and why they are used in that way. This gives a good idea of what the final dish will be like even when you have never used some of the ingredients before, and it really makes you want to make the recipes. And then when you do make them, they don't disappoint. Aromatic without being too hot for the western palate, and very diverse.
I would have liked even more vegetable dishes in it as I'm not much of a meat eater, but that's just a personal preference.
If you like spices at all, you will love this book. ( )
