Narrow in scope, leaving out quite a few common Anglo-Saxon names Hickman, Reagan, Bush and Clinton to name but some. I'd put this book down more as a shelf filler than anything else – it's been done much better elsewhere (

Interessante anche se piuttosto incompleto (Reagan e Clinton ci sono mentre Bush, un nome abbastanza comune anche in Inghilterra, non compare). Ogni tanto l’ho usato per “tradurre” nomi italiani che compaiono come esempi in testi di formazione, ma purtroppo non riflette per niente la diversità etnica del Regno Unito (e a livello zero quella americana). Da questo punto di vista, un po’ scarso.
