Nothing to Fear But - Stephen L. Burns. I've read this one before. A fearful recluse invents a gadget that allows him to live in freedom - but there are consequences. Its well written, interesting, and has an interesting plot.

The Lowland Expedition - Stephen Baxter. A trip to the Old Earth leaves a group of explorers in a perilous situation. Interesting story, Old Earth is an interesting place - but the characters were rather boring.

Lighthouse - Jack McDevitt and Michael Shara. Odd stars and a scary night out in a storm, just barely finding shelter makes for an interesting discovery. A nice little story about scientific discovery.

The Emancipation of the Knowledge Robots - Carl Frederick. Meh. The puns took over the story, as a result it was disjointed.

Biolog: Stephen Baxter - Richard A. Lovett. Didn't Read

Lady be Good - John G. Hemry. A story about a first mate who is faithful to his ship and his non-visible captain. Loyalty wins in the end.

Numismatist - Richard A. Lovett. A mystery. A coin collector and all around good guy goes on a killing spree. No one no why. Its up to a detective with a dark past to figure it out. This one was slow to get into, but gained speed and ended on an interesting note. ( )
