I didn't really enjoy reading this book the way I thought I would. I found the premise interesting, but the older style comics were distracting and didn't live up to the characters they represented. The stories should have been more interesting, but most of them were quite cheesy and in some cases, a bit heavy handed. ( )
The counselors of the macabre defend a client against a case of hexual harassment. Against his will his mother, a witch, has put a love spell on his former employee so that she is irresistible, but unwillingly drawn to him. ( )
Throughout this book, various takes on family show how connected characters can be, even against their will, and the weird things people do under the guise of love and wanting good things for their relatives.
