Apunta't a LibraryThing per saber si aquest llibre et pot agradar. No hi ha cap discussió a Converses sobre aquesta obra. Uses half-sheet pages to reveal funny surprises in the poem. When we turn the top half of the page, we find the cupboard bare, turn the bottom half and see the dog crying because "the poor dog had none." "Mother Hubbard's Cupboard: A Mother Goose Surprise Book" contains twelve of the classic Mother Goose tales. What makes the book a "surprise" book is that the pages that contain the illustrations are split pages. Readers can turn the top portion, read the next line of the nursery rhyme and see a new picture. Turning the bottom part of the page reveals the end of the rhyme and the final picture. The illustrations are fun and consistent with the rhymes, but seem a little out-dated, or don't offer anything new to the rhymes. Sense ressenyes | afegeix-hi una ressenya
Split pages provide the reader with surprises while reading a selection of Mother Goose rhymes. No s'han trobat descripcions de biblioteca. |
