Go on an adventure with Otto as he lands on earth and meets some interesting animals

This is the first in the series, but it's not as good as the one I read first. Cute enough though. I guess I just didn't see a rhino chasing the MC through the jungle as very original (or good science). And we don't meet Pip yet. ( )

This Ready-to-Read book puts a new character, Otto the robot, in the standard learning to read with sight word books. The repetitive words will help the young reader as they begin reading on their own. Otto has a lot happen to him in this story and the illustrations will help the reader understand what is happening, especially while decoding words as well. Large type, lots of space between sentences and words that are written to help describe their meaning, such as the sentence “Fall, fall, fall.” written in descending order, are also helpful to the young reader. Recommended for those beginning to read on their own and those practicing sight words in context. ( )

This is a book for early readers to start reading. Its about a robot named Otto who is a blue robot with a red nose. He leaves in a spaceship and soon after that he runs out of gas and falls down to early where he runs into different types of things that he isnt familiar with. ( )
