Green Eggs and Ham

Fun picture book with lots of Rhyming.

Sam-I-am is outgoing, and fun. He tries to get his friend to try green eggs and ham, but he doesn't want to try them. Sam-I-am is very persistent, and eventually gets him to try them, and as he suspected, he loves them!
*I think this is a simple, but great moral for children to learn, and the book teaches it in a very fun way. The moral is to try new things, and not to knock them before you have. Like pretty much all of Dr. Seuss' books, it is also very fun to read. ( )

This classis follows Sam-I-Am and his journey to convince his friend to like green eggs and ham. He continuously tries to get his friend to try a new thing but his friend won't budge. At the end Sam-I-Am completes his goal and his friend ends up loving the food! I love how Sam-I-Am continues to persist and make it his mission for his friend to try new things. If he did not his friend would never get to enjoy green eggs and ham. ( )

A classic, but Sam needs to learn to respect people's boundaries. ( )

A classic and for good reason. Fun, a good message, and children love it. ( )
