Sometimes we have a bad day and things don't always go the way we want them to. This class trip is no different but like life sometimes the unexpected happens and changes everything. This book can be used as a way of dealing with conflict and that we all have bad days.

It shows how children will not be interested in everything you teach in and outside of your classroom but eventually something will strike the students interest in their own perspective and learn something. As a teacher, it shows that we should always show positive attitude to students with low interest in participation, they will eventually come around when they are ready.

Good for teachers to realize how to get everyone involved in class activities. Students can see that they can make the best of a situation by doing something they wish to do. Students may relate to the character and how she was having a bad day, but changed it for the better of herself and the class. ( )

great book to show teachers not to give up on students that seem to not like learning. Also good for students to see there can be something fun found in learning if you just look. ( )
