This book helps children learn about the four seasons--fall, winter, spring, and summer. I like how it asks questions and keeps the students engaged; for these reasons I would include it in my future classroom. Lastly, this book is perfect for grades PreK-1st in a weather-themed lesson plan. ( )

Catherine and Laurence Anholt’s picture book is wonderful for new vocabulary words, learning about weather, and the different seasons. This picture book talks about all the different kinds of weather and the four seasons. It also asks a lot of questions throughout the story that would be good conversation starters for children too.
