Good Book of intense training.. Definitely not for the weaker faint-hearted. Most surprising was the portion dealing with the cost/return for keeping the group in business. ( )

1/2006 Great book on the development and training of our fighting men. Despite not having the dramatic stories of war or conflict, this book still grabs your attention and holds it. ( )
