Liked: very good historical analysis and context, i learned a lot.. Disliked: the author has a lot of good things to say, but this is hindered by writing that is frequently awkward and excessively repetitious. in the final chapter which covers present day analysis and strategy, the authors ability to substantiate arguments and statements becomes flimsier, which is disappointing compared to earlier chapters.
