Plot is well structured and characters attainable. (Slightly Park 'Poor man's orange' in style) ( ) It is good to read a book set in a country and a city that you know. Hannah Gordon the main character of this book has always wnated to be someone important and to accomplish more that she has but she has married youn, had three children and is living in a back street in Sydney struggling to keep hold of her family and her home. Then a tragic accident occurs on hers and her daughters birthday and this changes the lives of her and her children forever. I enjoyed this book and felt i t captured the era very well. It was easy to identify with the characters and the struggles that they were having and the characters were likeable. Sense ressenyes | afegeix-hi una ressenya

Hannah Gordon has always wanted to be someone important, yet she's stuck in an inner-city back street, fighting to keep hold of her children, her home and her sense of self. Then a devastating accident sets off a chain of events that will rock the family foundations to the core and change lives forever. No s'han trobat descripcions de biblioteca. |
