Interesting if sometimes painful read about Ireland's first Forensic Scientist. This man was blown up by the General but continues doing his job and tells the stories of forensic's both in Ireland and Internationally. His attitude to the General is refreshing after all the attempts at rehabilitating him! Although the Gardai cannot keep DNA evidence they do keep a forged documents bank, weapons bank and a ransom note bank, which pre-empted those set up by the FBI in the US!! ( )
