Molly goes to her grandparents hoping to have a usual summer, but everything's different. The biggest change for Molly is the absense of her aunt Eleanor, who spends most of her time training to fly with the WASPs (Women's Airforce Service Pilots). Molly feels abandoned until her aunt takes her for a flight, and she realizes both why it's wonderful and why it's important. (
