It had been a long time since I had read vol. 2, so it was a good thing there was a handy summary page at the very beginning of this volume to catch me up. Miki’s and Yuu’s parents have divorced each other and married the other one. Also, Miki has feelings for Ginta, but also for Yuu. In this volume, one of the main features is Miki’s friend Meiko, who has been having a relationship with a teacher for several years. It is portrayed in the book as serious love, not just a weird fling. When it’s discovered, Meiko tries to leave with the teacher, but he convinces her to stay and finish school. It’s sort of a tender, touching relationship. This book ends with a cliffhanger, as a boy starts acting weirdly friendly to Yuu, and it seems as if Yuu knows him. I will keep reading in this series. Ginta and Yuu are in the middle of their tennis match, but it's not going so well for them. Ginta is totally off his game, but it has nothing to do with the bet he placed, and everything to do with the fact that Miki said she hates him. Can he get his act together in time for them to win the match? Or are Miki's suitors doomed to lose--the game and their hair? No s'han trobat descripcions de biblioteca. |
