I am really, really not a fan of this trope - you know, someone gets hit on the head, or just has a really vivid dream, and the whole story is actually not taking place at all. I didn't like it as a kid, either, so it's not just my age.

Sweet Valley Twins the Class Trip is a story that shows the strong connection between sisters. Elizabeth and Jessica Wakefield are twin sisters who care for each other a lot, but often get in fights. One day Elizabeth asks Jessica to sit with her on the bus on the way to the class trip at an amusement park. Jessica excepts, but the very next day, Jessica makes plans to sit with her best friend, Lila Fowler. Elizabeth is furious, but before she can apologize for her anger, Jessica goes missing, and Elizabeth is determined to find her. Elizabeth goes on an amazing adventure, and meets some famous storybook characters such as Tom Sawyer, Little Red Riding Hood, and Peter Pan. I enjoyed this book because of the adventure, detail, and the surprising ending. I also enjoyed seeing other characters from other books. I would recommend this book to people of all ages, and I would especially recommend it to fairytale lovers. ( )
