This tiny little volume was jam-packed with useful tidbits of information and examples. It illustrates, rather well, exactly why every undertaking needs even just a little bit of project management. Cook made the subject easy to understand and digest, making this a great introductory book to the discipline. Definitely a keeper. ( )
