This book just didn’t resonate with me. The lead pair ran hot and cold, and the errors around the wedding never gelled into the comedy of errors that was the author’s goal.

I can't helped but be charmed by this series. I haven't read the stories in order, but I love the Argenuea (sp) family. This book was not a disappointment. ( )

Bastien is Lucern's brother and gets roped into hosting Kate's cousin, plus two more unwanted guests. Terri flew in from England two weeks early for Kate's wedding, staying with Bastien proves to be more than she ever expected. She and Bastien are left to manage last minute wedding details, becomes a full time job as disaster, after disaster happens. Bastien transforms from an isolated, workaholic to learning to enjoy life again once Terri enters his life. Bastien and Terri burn up the sheets when they finally get there.

Very campy, but the lack of care Vincent shown and lack of repercussions from the other Immortals stands out as unbelievable. If you like campy stories, you'll enjoy this romance. For me it was just a nice read, the ridiculousness of some events were just too distracting from Bastien and Terri's story for me.

This series is like a sweet delight, so tasty you devour them immediately then want more. It is the perfect beach/light read for the summer and stressful times. Witty and fun with just enough drama to keep you interested.

In this book, the 4th installment of the series, we get Bastien's story. The guys can't seem to get it and Bastien is no different. He is the logical, super organized, detail person that thought he had everything in its proper place until Terri waltzes in to help with her best friend's wedding and ends up as an unexpected house guest. The drama than ensued made for a great story. Can't wait to read the next one. ( )

this was probably my fav so far out of the series, I just love Bastien. ( )
