Surprisingly good, though it could use a couple of veg recipes. Absolutely worth getting from a library, even if your kitchen is only small. ( )

When I moved into my first apartment complex apt (Feb 2011) I didn't know what the hell to do with my IBK (Itty Bitty Kitchen) after being spoiled for years with adequate spaces. Spring has helped me tackle both the physical and emotional aspects of this new space. With his help I have learned to love my uncluttered but much-used small space. This book also has some awesome and tasty recipes for your toaster oven... love it!

-If your cluttered small kitchen makes you dread cooking even the simplest meal, it’s time for you to reclaim that space and your sanity! With this practical and witty guide, you will learn how. While I do not have a small kitchen, at least not this small, there are several good types on getting that space in order, keeping it clean and functional and some decent recipes as well. It would make great gift to someone moving into his or her first apartment. ( )

Oh, this book is cute. This book is SO cute. And handbook is no misnomer -- this book is just the right size to fit nicely in one's hand.

Even better, the advice is superb. I dejunked my kitchen in an afternoon after reading the chapter about equipment.

I made the Orange Marmalade Bread Pudding. It was too eggy and not bready enough for me. I wanted something more like baked french toast, and I ended up with a sweet omelet with crunchy little sandwich squares on top.
