This is an innovative idea for a non-fiction book, and one of the best resources I have seen of its kind. It attempts to conbine the best of print and assist student in using keywords to find information on the internet by providing a one word keyword in a gray circle on the page. The website is strictly limited to these keywords, so no inappropriate sites can be accessed. This would great assist those students who are comfortable using print materials for research, but still have difficulty narrowing information online. The illustrations in this encyclopedia are also gorgeous and each class of animals is denoted by a coloured bar which makes it easy to find. The reference section also includes a great glossary and overview of the class system. A wonderful resource! ( )
