This is such a sweet classic about a little bear with only one button, waiting at the store for someone to claim him. My favorite part is when the little girl carefully carries him home, and says "I like you the way you are, but you'll be more comfortable with your shoulder strap fastened."

Corduroy is given a home, friendship, and love. ( )

A charming book with endearing characters and a heartwarming message.

Now this book made me choke up a little bit. This book follows a teddy bear who is missing his button and is longing for a warm place that he can call home. This is a perfect read for kids ages 3-6 as this book is a simple read even through its story.
