So, if you're interested in self-esteem then this book shall answer a lot of your curious questions, and provide you with additional resources to educate yourself further on the subject. That said, if you're not interested, and already feel, think, and believe yourself to be an expert on the subject of self-esteem, then you don't really have to or need to read it, although, even if you are an expert, there are some interesting facts about self-esteem within this book you probably never heard of and don't already know.
