This is such a sweet classic about a little bear with only one button, waiting at the store for someone to claim him. My favorite part is when the little girl carefully carries him home, and says "I like you the way you are, but you'll be more comfortable with your shoulder strap fastened."

Corduroy is given a home, friendship, and love.

A charming book with endearing characters and a heartwarming message.

The young one goes fishing but seems to lose his boots. He finds one, but the pelican finds the other. What comes next is a big surprise!
The illustrations by the author are clear, imaginative, colorful, informative, and FUN.
Well suited for reading WITH someone of any age including ESL, and great for gifting to anyone, but especially to a school or your local public library!

Now this book made me choke up a little bit. This book follows a teddy bear who is missing his button and is longing for a warm place that he can call home. This is a perfect read for kids ages 3-6 as this book is a simple read even through its story.

Both of you seem to like this book. Mom and dad aren't big fans. Easter is not a big holiday for momma and the "proof" of the Easter bunny doesn't encourage critical thinking.

When Dandelion gets an invitation to a party, he's excited. The invitation is extra fancy, so Dandelion decides to get himself all dressed up. But when he gets to the party, no one recognizes him! Fortunately, it all works out in the end, and Dandelion learns an important lesson about being true to who you are.

This book is very interesting and poignant. This book was published posthumously and it does seem to have foreshadowing in it.

It’s a nice Groundhog Day book which covers consequences of fear, facing fears, and if your family avoid this, mentions a ghost. It’s not a ghost it’s the groundhogs shadow.

Interesting to read and consider endings and beginnings, fears and overcoming.
