Just had a quick look through this book. Lots of interesting ideas but most need a lot of expensive equipment and materials to make them.
This really is a very comprehensive beginner's guide to things you can make with paper. Many projects are suitable for attentive children and many techniques with wider applications are taught. Among other things this books has a variety of papier-mache, corrugated cardboard construction, origami and decoupage/collage projects. I recommend this highly.
