This book should meet a variety of needs. It covers classical meditation, touches on Zen meditation and has selections from the "Vimuttimagga". There are commentaries on meditation manuals. The book also offers interpretations of the nature of Zen training and the practice of mindful awareness by two young priest, accomplished in the Buddhist traditions of Southeast and East Asia.
