Incredibly informative! Offers a thorough explanation of anger and healthy ways to manage it (for a child).

Key Takeaways:
- Anger comes from not getting what you want or being disrespected.
- Losing your temper only makes a situation worse: create more anger or hurt someone. So instead, be mindful of the world around you, take deep breathes, and think about your position in the problem: how you can address it. It is then when you can find peace.
- Saying sorry helps a lot. ( )

This book shows children may ways to cope with anger and how to work through it. It shows children that even if they are angry the need to talk through their feelings with other to help understand themselves and others. Also shows different ways to deal with anger like writing an angry letter but to rip it up and also to scream into a pillow when you are angry so you don't say hurtful things to others that you regret later. All in all a great book to teach children to deal with their emotions and work through them.
