I had mixed feelings about the book Count Your Way Through Africa by Jim Haskins and illustrated by Barbara Knutson. I liked this book because of the language. The language of this book was very clear and it greatly described the African culture. For example, on one of the pages the animals that were native to African culture were talked about. It went into detail about how many of the seven animals native to the culture were either in danger of being extinct or dying out. However, I did not like this book because of the language. The language of this book was not engaging at all which made it very boring for the reader to read. The book was simply stating facts which was not entertaining to read. The book states facts about anything from African instruments to the three main groups of stone structures in an African city. The main idea of this book was to have the reader learn more about the African culture and the importance of the African continent. Sense ressenyes | afegeix-hi una ressenya
