It may be hard to believe, but over thirty years after this 1978 edition was published, I still read about people who have successfully managed to enjoy New York on twenty dollars a day. That is mind blowing when you consider that back in the last century New York on 20USD a day was already an amazing statement to make, and the selling point of this whole book!
