The Black Panther:The Complete Collection🍒🍒🍒🍒 By Christopher Priest, Mark Texeira, Bruce Timm I've heard so much about this....and it's free on Amazon Prime. Double Win! The series starts really strong, with an engaging story, but begins to fall apart about #13....so worth reading for the hilarious captions and the music references, tho, and Black Panther is a great character. "He was kinda like George Clinton without the rhythm. A tribal Uncle Fester." "...Klaws army was, especially, the Backstreet Boys surrounded by the Wu-Tang Clan." Entertaining and well worth reading!! This is a great compilation with very good art and an exceptional set of stories that come together across several different titles to make the final product - it is classic Black Panther as Wakanda is threatened from inside and T'Challa must try to reclaim his throne from the usurper without destroying the very kingdom he strives to save. And if all of that wasn't enough - guest appearances by the Avengers, the Hulk, Luke Cage and more! Sense ressenyes | afegeix-hi una ressenya

Black Panther reinvented as a sharp and witty political satire? Believe it! T'Challa is the man with the plan as Christopher Priest puts the emphasis on the Wakandan king's reputation as the ultimate statesman, as seen through the eyes of the U.S. government's Everett K. Ross. As the Panther investigates a murder in New York, Ross plays Devil's Advocate in an encounter with Mephisto, and a new regime seizes control in Wakanda. When the truth behind the coup becomes clear, T'Challa finds himself an enemy of the state - and a major revelation threatens to destroy his relationship with the Avengers! Plus: Meet Queen Divine Justice - is she ready to join T'Challa's deadly crew of female bodyguards, the Dora Milaje? Are they ready for her? No s'han trobat descripcions de biblioteca. |

I didn't like this one. The story jumped around. I didn't like the narrator or the constant interruptions to his tale.
And I hated the artwork.
Definitely not for me.
