Savvy readers will quickly notice that while the text claims that Brenda is a sheep, Brenda looks awfully like a wolf (in sheep's clothing). Brenda does her best to act like a sheep, all while preparing to eat her sheep friends with her special mint sauce. But counting sheep causes Brenda to fall asleep, and while she Zzzzs, the sheep plan a surprise feast for her: everything on their menu is made of grass! All topped with Brenda's special sauce.

A very fun spin on the "wolf in sheep's clothing" story.

Not bad, but it suffers in comparison to the other wolf-in-sheep's-clothing picture I read earlier this month, the excellent and hilarious [book:Sheepish|53236939].

p.s., It is sort of fun to read all the one-star reviews this book has garnered on Goodreads. A lot of people took offense at the gaslighting, fake news, and scientific aspects. It really touched a lot of nerves in a rough year. ( )
