I liked the examples and his presentation, though I wouldn't recommend it as the _only_ book to read for learning beginning python. (

I found it useful, but not great. I found several useful nuggets of information. Overall, it just didn't match my learning style. (

Excellent book that teaches almost everything there is to get one started in the wonderful world of Python, mostly in a humorous way and sometimes in a serious way. Magnus has to be one of the best computer book writers there is, and an amazing & friendly teacher. (
